Last room in the Donaldsonville Best Western?

I think I may have just picked up the last room at the Best Western in
Donaldsonville. If it was not the last room, it was very very close to being
the last one for sure. See, I reserved a room at a different hotel in Gonzales
due to several factors that I won't go into now. After the plan changes about
the party, and knowing that everyone else was gonna be at the BW in
Donaldsonville, I decided to change my hotel. This is the conversation.

"I need to make a reservation, please."

"For what night?"

"April 8th."

"Hmmmm, one moment... It doesn't look like we are going to have any roo...
wait a momemnt. Any particular preference?"

"No, no preference."

"Okay, it looks like I may have found one........yes, I did. Okay, I have you
reserved for the 8th."

"Thank you very much."

Whew. That was close.

Yeehaw. Donaldson is going to just be a huge party in the hallway. Hopefully I'll pass out in my locked room and not in the hallway.

im gonna be at the Holiday Inn in Gonzales but would definitely ONCE again like to participate in the hotel festivities...

i remember bits/pieces of the trip to LSU with Coleman, Ebbtide, Warriorbob, Freeway Flasher, Abusmary etc... Good times..oh and cannot forget Greg' hotel room *cough* bar...

Just called and got a room at the Donalsonville hotel, they didn't have any of the $59 rooms left but I got a King Suite or something for $89. So I should have a nice big room to party in

i was planning on travelling with my wife and a friend, but they have both cancelled on me. if anybody wants to split the cost of a room at the donaldsonville best western, let me know. it's a two double-bed, non-smoking room. i'll be arriving on the afternoon of the 7th with the flordia convoy. first one to pm me gets the extra bed. i would prefer just one other person in the room with me unless it's a guy/girl or girl/girl combo. in that case, i get to tag in once in a while. if things fall through with whoever pm's me first, i'll take the next person in line. please, no weirdos. i don't put the lotion on the skin or any sick shit like that.

wow!!! i can't believe that with all of the people inquiring about rooms in this thread that almost seven hours have gone by and not one person has stepped up to share a room with me. i know i'm a stranger, but i can assure you that i don't smell funny, i don't snore, i've had all of my shots, and i'm housebroken. the extra bed is still available to whomever wants it. one more thing: please, no pets. i tend to molest them when i've been drinking. other than that, i'm your average, red-blooded, beer-drinking, air force ammo troop.
