Caravan for cali, vegas and arizona people

I'm coordinating a FAST drive caravan, aimed at making the best time possible to Nationals. This is a fast paced caravan leaving on thursday the 7th, the day before the first event of Nats. This will be a nonstop drive from the meeting place, strait to Nationals. Plan on stopping only to get gas, probly about evey 150-200 miles or so (about srt-4 range from a full tank). Each gas stop will be planned.
The meeting spot will most likely be in Phoenix, then a drive on the 10 all the way to Nationals. Or the meeting could take place in Kingman AZ, then drive on the 40, merge into dallas and then onto Nationals. Which ever is more popular, but starting from Phoenix will be a little faster and an easier drive.
The drive will most likely take 20 hours from either meeting place, so we will be driving well into the night and will arrive at bellrose LA, on the 8th somtime before the morning "driver eduaction school" starts.

when you get into louisiana, if there is over 50 cars in the caravan, call the state police and get an escort. if you ask they usually do it, and just tip the trooper a few dollars. we got escorted to import face off and had 75 in the caravan and i believe that trooper got 5 dollars from every car, but you must tip him on the hush-hush so he don't get in trouble, hell you can even ask the troopers in pheonix to get you to the state line and evry state might escort you across. wouldn't that be sweet. can't hurt to ask.
