Everyone will get the t-shirt and raffle ticket the morning of the event when you arrive. I'll set up a table. I'll need 1-2 volunteers to help me with this.
The $12 is per srt-4/neon, so if you bring children, significant others, and friends there will be no additional charge for them. This makes the event affordable for everyone.
Extra raffle tickets and t-shirts will be available for sale.
jason, depending on what time your talking bout setting things up i may be able to be a volunteer to help.
anyword on the track event the day before?

Thanks, Taina. I may use the same hotel that the Mopar Show Off guys used. If not, I'm going to call a few hotels that are within a mile and compare group prices.
I'll let you know what I find out.
Seralago is right next door and is a decent hotel, for its price its great. Usually rooms are 40-60/night, they also have bunk bed suite rooms so you can get a bunch of people in one room. There is also a HoJo about a mile away that runs 20-30/night...its ok, but you get what you pay for.

A hotel that has bunk bed suites? Wow, that's kinda creepy.
Called Seralago, and they told me to call tmrw morning to speak to Terri regarding group discount rates.
I emailed OSW, but I have a feeling that even if we got 50 cars for Saturday Oct 17th, they will want to charge us an arm and a leg. I asked for a group discount if it was available.
Another alternative, is the Central Florida Road Course for Sat night. I know not everyone is into auto-x or road course racing but it is an option, and it would be the opportunity to do something different. Almost everyone has drag raced, but how many of us have actually tried other types of events?
And there's always meeting up for dinner, then going to Halloween Horror Nights, which I know a lot of people would enjoy.
We have lots of time to plan and discuss so please keep posting your ideas.
Just called:
• Suites at Old Town • 407-396-7900
5820 W Irlo Bronson Meml Hwy • Kissimmee
for group rates and I was told that dept is closed until Monday.
I sent a cover letter and application to Mothers Polish yesterday in an effort to receive lots of their samples and plastic bags we can use for our event.
