To make reservations, please call 1-800-366-5437 and ask for the "Southeast SRT-4 Showdown" group block. I requested that all the rooms be "grouped" together as best as possible.
Cost: $42 per night + tax, group rates apply for 10/17 AND 10/18
Room type: Standard deluxe double/double (2 beds)
Reservations MUST be received no later than 10/10/09. Any individual room cancellations within 24 hours will be charged one night room and tax collection fee.
Dog Owners: Dogs up to 50 lbs are allowed to stay at the hotel. (Dogs are also allowed at the car show @ Old Town) You MUST tell the hotel you are bringing your dog when making your reservation. The cost is a one time $40 non refundable fee, which would cover you whether you stay just one night or several nights.

1. Best engine bay
2. Best of show (engine bay, interior, cleanliness, and exterior)
3. Best Exterior
4. People's Choice (Everyone can vote for this category)
Sunday:
9:15 am - Vendor setup
10:00 am - 12:00 pm - arrivals, registration, meet & greet, last minute detailing of cars
12:00 - 1:00 pm - LUNCH, restaurants & bars located @ Old Town
1:00 - Judging begins
1:15 - Group picture of owners near the stage
1:30 - GEICO giveaways - bring your GEICO insurance cards
2:30 - Raffle prizes
3:30 pm - Thank you speech
3:45 pm - 50/50 raffle for Siberian Husky Raffle - winner announced!
4:00 pm - Trophies awarded
5:00 pm - Dinner and drinks nearby for anyone who's interested

If everything on our end is operational by then we too will be vendors at this event and should be able to sponsor in some way Jason. I will keep you posted.
What kind of raffle prizes are you guys most interested in? Vendor specific items such as MPx's or DCR's such and such, or more general items such as Dodge and Mopar merchandise? I know I can't make everyone happy, but the more feedback I receive the better this event will become. This is YOUR event!
I am definitely going to make this. I have been wanting to go to an srt event! Old town is great too. I haven't been there in yeras now. My wife, two kids, parents (dad is big auto fan too), and I will be making the journey.

I'm game for some DCR or MPX items. I think vendor specific items would be better since it is just an SRT-4 event and not a general show!!
