^^^ I hate that valve for all the issues it has. But it sounds great when you eventually get it working and not leaking. I don't know shit about, so I really can't help. Sorry.
A boost leak test is what is needed. That way the problem can be pinpointed. Some of those signs sound like its a boost leak. Especially with that boost drop.

i had some old guy in a mustang come all the up to my house and tell me i was driving to fast. thats not the crazy part he didnt live in my neighborhood and i lived in a gated community, i told him to F off cause all i did was pass a car to get into the turning lane when HE would not let me in and i told hem to leave before i called the cops with his tag for tresspassing into my neighborhood and for following me threw my gate on the resident side completly blowing off the security gaurd!!!!

Eibach, Tein, Goldines, Progress, Hotchkis ....... NO problem, all around 1.5 to 1.8 or so.
Mopar S1 Springs like 1.0 and 1.2.....doesn't even look like you dropped the car

Mopar S1 Springs are 25mm all around which is just shy of a inch. IMHO i do not think they are worth it! Unless you find them really cheap
