You had a heart attack? OMG I'm really sorry to hear that. At such a young age? I really hope that you are taking care of yourself. Did you have to have any surgery or take any meds?

No it was very minor. I was driving and i kinda zoned out, got dizzy, and my left arm and side started to tingle and get weak. They said my results were fine and that I may have just had an irregular heart palpatation. My grandfather had a serious heart attack when he was 23 i think. My dad is on meds right now for having high blood pressure. Im sure having a high blood pressure and being a bipolar italian wont be a very good combination for me I just started to get back into shape recently. I have a really fast metablosim too. Lost almost 25lbs in 2-3 weeks. I've always been that way though. My whole family has. I got lucky, i had a 8-pack when i was 12 and i didnt really have to work for it
