Yea this is the worst night of the week I guess i could run, but i suck at that. I have a bad heart and running 5mph for less than 5 mins, my heart rate is almost 175-180 bpm. Resting rate is like 85-90 i think.

Yea i know, thats why i tend to try to not do any cardio exercises. I usually keep it to the weights and just run occasionally. I already had a heart attack-ish thing a few years ago. High blood pressure runs in the family.
