Yea i just got done reading the thread off the link. That sucks. I know David personally and he was always a cool guy. Hope they get their shit straightend out. As much as it sucks, the memebers were right. David is using the company name so any issues that he has will directly affect the bussiness.
I know David as well and I just can't understand it
David had a neon he was selling and told the guy for $2k he would basically sell him the neon with an srt swap. Guy gave David 1k up front and 1k would be givin when the job was done. Guy came down from Maryland (where he is stationed) to pick up the car and drive it back. Got there and no work was done and david couldnt find the title. Guy buys a plane ticket and goes home and they agree on a refund of the intial 1k. 6 months go by, David trades in the guys neon for a car for his wife, buys and sells parts on forums, but doesnt give the guy the refund. Guy posts up in the forum asking for advise and David says he forgot about the whole transaction. Bascially, my take on the situation.
Guy just posted up saying David has sent an intial payment and that the debts will be cleared. Dont worry about a thing, cuz every little thing....gonna be alright

i dealt with the guy on TR. personally, i believe it's both their fault. but for the other guy to go on blast on all different forums to bash on dave, it's kinda childish to me. we know him (dave), and i don't think anyone else had an issue but this guy.

I agree, we all know David which is why it shocks me. But if the situation from the other guy's side of the story was true, then I can't blame him for going on other forums warning people and/or talking bad about him because the point was he was out 1000 dollars. David never did me wrong though.

I could see posting it up in forums if he had tried to reach D on numerous occasions, but we dont know if any attempt of communication was made. By the sounds of it, the guy just let it blow over for 6 months before making a big deal out of it.
if some guy was screwing me around with $1000 of my money, I would make sure everyone knew about it too. sucks that it went down like that, but I can't blame the guy. if they had a arrangement that david was holding up his end on, that's one thing. doesn't seem that's the case though.
exactly, we don't know. But I'm sure most people would be communicating well before 6 months, over an $1000 deal that turned sour.
Yes, but if he had tried to keep in contact with D then how could D forget about the deal? I have a friend that owes me $900 and another that owes me $300 and i know everytime they take a shit
if the guy never tried to work anything out with david, then that's fucked up on his part. however, something doesn't seem right when david deletes the thread I what seems to be him trying to cover that up.
