oh guys i have a quick question i had my car in gainesville for the last 2 weeks i was ther cause my truck was in the shop, but i started to notice that when i downshifted to slow down the engine was louder than usually. the oil has about 2k on it, what im wondering is that the royal purple makes th ecar quite at first but after a while the car gets louder. oil level is fine and everthing else looks normal, i also havent really beat on the car for a long time cause i was obssessed with fuel economy. any one have suggestions? BTW the car is going to the dealership on thursay when i get back into town.

ditch the royal purple....it made my valves tap like crazy. mobil1 is deff. the way to go
