Dab 3 is a little too much on street tires lol. When I ran that STI car felt like it was skating down the highway. I've seen done what Dan recommended and just run Dab 2 on street tires and I tell you what it definately noticable. Ran a 69 vette and my friends Evo on the way home from Street Warriorz. I was about 20 cars out on the vette and shut down around close to 140. The Evo, got reeled in and passed and I shut down at about 140 and was about 10 cars out. Fun fun.
Have you ever looked under the hood? Its a dirty stock motor with a perrin intake...which is basically a sponge at the end of a piece of rubber He said he works at a shop though and someone told me that the motor was built, but you cant really believe everything you hear in this town
Actually according to him DC aka Driven Concepts blew his original motor. Don't know if this one is built. I didn't look under the hood since he never popped it open and I don't like asking people to. According to him he has a few mods. I know he has gauges and a full exhaust from what I could see from the exterior lol.
yes I do hahaha and it feels like I'm driving some sort of Toyota on how slow it is compare to my wife's car. Shoot 18 spike ain't nothing now on the stock turbo lol. Should demod some of my car and add some mods to her car.
I think I've driven her car maybe 5-6 times in the almost a month she's owned it. So yeah I drive my car but it just isn't the same .

Yes...he has hardcore ebay gauges He said he went back to the stock manifold and has a downpipe on it now. He may have a built bottom end, but if he has a built head with bigger cams....i give him shop props for being able to tune the cams to make his motor sound stock. No lope at all on that beast.

Anything less than 60mph in 3rd on DAB3 HOM.....would not be wise as you will soon find out

Lol, if its a built motor is doesn't neccessarily mean it has aftermarket cams. Like I said I didn't check out the car or go into details with him. A lot of people run ebay gauges haha. He is on the stock turbo, he told us that. Either way Ozzy and I talked to him and he's a cool guy. He gave me the thumbs up after him and I ran, so that to me seemed like he was a cool guy. You usually don't run into people like that after a run.

its almost like going from a turbo car to a non-turbo (which I've done and it sucks).
he came thru kfc's drive thru and i told him i wanted to race him and i said not from a dig though and he said why not isnt the srt4 all wheel drive too?
