50trim graph on pump...must boost leak test it and make sure everything is A OK before i push the envelope. I accomplished this in 30 min as i spent 30min of our hour session chasing lil gremlins from the rushed install some friends did for him. Its all good the car delivered none the less heat soaked and all.
If you dont know who Datruth is on TR then you dont know this car....nuff said

Saturday, worked on one SRT-4 almost all day. Some of you met the owner when he went out once to the Sonics meet. Black SRT-4, owner is name Ryan. The car is for sale and his dad is asking 15k for it. It has a few mods, the basic bolt-ons.
Sunday, consisted of installing an AGP WGA, PTP Check Valve, Coil Pack Heatshield in my friends Anthony's car.
Then later in the afternoon installed a Walbro 255 Fuel Pump in Ozzy's car. Look closely, gas tank is on the driveway. Took us an 1hr total to drop the tank and install it, during that time period we took 2 breaks.
dude saturday i did one in 15min no lie....god i love lifts, air tools and an actually expensive tranny jack. OMG it was like boom boom bam tank out, canister out and hell it took me longer to get the canister apart than pulling it all off the car. I can be honest and tell you guys DW750s with a 255walbro is entirely too much fuel for a 50 trim with a .63AR...going to tune the car next on 110 or 112 to finally illustrate my findings...between 5500-6250...im pulling 28%

If I had a lift and all that I'm sure I can knock it out that fast. Ozzy's car is low even lifted up with a jack it sure was a tight fit. I do have air tools but didn't use them.
About 2 weeks ago, Cheryl's car was leaking A LOT of fuel from the canister. It had a full tank of gas. My uncle and I dropped the tank. When it was leaking from there my first thought was the inner rubber ring may have worn. Come to find out the outer locking ring was loose. I tapped it once with a hammer and extension and it spun loose with like no effort . But all tight and fixed... no leaks .
I told Ozzy that, that 750's with a 255 walbro and returnline is an overkill and too much fuel. I always thought 650's were the way to go on a 50 trim. 750's imo is just too much fuel and overkill on a 50. Atleast that's what I've always thought from the information I've gathered.
