Car not being finished, and not being able to finish it yet because i have a total of almost $4k that is owed to me and i am too poor right now to finish the build, gives me nightmares

It'd be under her parents names and the credit isnt really all the way there so its really tough, Or else she'd jump into the first one she saw for sale!
She will get one one day though. Sooner or later.
