It is the square muffler that goes where the stock "pretzel pipes" go. Its just a single inlet dual outlet muffler. I can tell you all about it tomorrow at the meet. I can get you a good deal, but any turboback system is still usually gonna be pretty pricey.

You will make the right decision. Though it's hard to find less restriction with less noise.

Almost 6000 views and almost 550 replies in one week on the thread I started in OT regarding FTP-racing vs. DCR in one week. I honestly didn't think people would gang up on DCR and use childish attacks on Darrell Cox. I'm going to ask a mod to close that thread down very soon. I thought it would be a 2 sided debate. No one talks about FTP-racing's credentials. All they do is immaturely attack Darrell personally, which is ridiculous.

The least restrictive and, to me, quietest exhaust you can do is a single exit. I love the sound of mine. Its very deep, but not raspy or popcorny Hell i could make your exhaust silent. Cat, two resonators, and a muffler

ehhh......no comment. I dont have any personal issue with DCR, but ill leave it at that. The thread did turn to shit though. I went from a solid debate, to ethugging, to random shit....but then again, you did post it in OT

you can delete the thread if you want jason. i try to stay out of off topic. they like to be internet smartasses with 3rd grade humor.

the kind of people that come up with what they think is the funniest thing ever and then post a link to their comment on a bunch of other threads.

to me, these cars dont look right with single tip exhaust. that would be a hard one for me to get used to.

guess this car is just meant to be loud and obnoxious

The policia think otherwise Also, a catless B&B exhaust would be very very loud....i mean if someone were to sell one for lets say...$600, it would be a good deal, but im just sayin. Just think about what you want out of the car. There are many ways to go with exhausts

From MaxxFab:
Dump style systems (an exhaust that dumps the exhaust toward the ground under the car) typically make the most hp, but have problems with droning inside the car. The sound waves exit the exhaust, hit the ground, and then bounce back up into the underside of the car causing the drone. resonators can be used to help reduce the drone, but it is still a significant characteristic of this style of system.

I thought mine was really loud at first, but after a few days, it's no big deal. You get used to it.

obviously the less restrictive it is, the louder it will be. just want to find a happy medium. i know for a lot of people it would be a setup like i have. i just dont want to run a 3" 02 housing and botlle neck it to a smaller dp. with the dump open of course it wont restrict it too much.
