Well, Wikipedia isn't always accurate, but here's what it said:
The fastest documented stock quarter mile time for a 2003 SRT-4 is 13.75 seconds @ 101.68 mph, with a fastest trap-speed of 103.16 mph [2], while the fastest quarter mile times with documentation for more powerful 2004 to 2005 models include several 13.6s @ 105 mph. Those stock times included the use of the original, factory-equipped tires.

Must of been a nice day at the track for those numbers and someone knowing how to drive these cars. Because I tell you what these tires are not grip friendly.
