I think it sucks because everything shrinks and expands between pages. Not to mention I would never use the shortcuts on the left.

ok good it's not me. I thought it was just me because I have a few things downloading and running. I don't like the navigation bar on the left. It pisses me off. Otherwise I like the new changes, hopefully it speeds up. Maybe the forums are updating the new things they worked on last night? Because every time I refresh a page something new comes up

That's because they are working on it as everyone is log on. They can do that too. They don't have to take the board down to do so. I've had my own message boards in the past. You can either take it down for a period while you do maintenance or you can do it while users are online.

They put the active users list below again which was the cause of slowing this board down drastically months back. Something are worth leaving the way they were if it was running fine.

I have a feeling that once a bunch of people start logging on like crazy it will slow down this board drastically if they didn't get new servers and we will get that one message like we used to get before.

Yeah, I don't think there was anything wrong with the way the forums were before.
Damn.

so then why don't they take down the forums. they did it last night.

If the new changes slow the forums down then F that, back to the way it was. Otherwise take out that navi bar speed it up and I'm actually ok with it

Dude I'm already experiencing the slowness. I click on any link weather Florida Section or any other forum within this message board and it goes to the link but the page is blank for about 30-45 secs then finally loads the page. I'm on cable too.

Other websites are running fast so I know its not my connection.

check out this bullshit
As you can see, there have been some changes!

You can go into your profile and disable that side bar, but that's only in the showthreads. If you want it perm disabled, you have to pay. How fucked up is that...

That's because the more advertisement banners they have the more money they make. If someone clicks on it too them make money.

So if you want them disabled completely you have to give them money so they don't lose the money from taking the advertising off.

The vendor fee has gone up too.

Someone seems money hungry.
