ill be out tomorrow, get off work at 5. As for stage 2 and dynos, I believe it has always been somethin with the pcm noticing the difference in air flow from a dyno and driving on the street and as a result lowering power. I dunno though never really looked into it much. I was never one for dynos except to get some base numbers and a tune.
