You guys must blast your music to blow the speakers. I keep it between 20-23 on volume. I like hearing the car and the bov.
just sometimes we'll turn it up...& you can hear them crack. even for the kicker speakers, the rear would start to distort on hard bass...but then again, i didn't have the amp or sub like it was supposed to come with. the speakers I just installed are very clear & no distortion...i like hearing the bov too

Could be, these cars are full of suprises. I ridden next to you before... you don't blast your music.
with in the first 800 miles i had all of the speakers replaced because they had blown then i replaced everything with jl audio, and i do blast my music, but now the entire car rattles
