I filled out the application saying "PART TIME." When I went for the interview we discussed the schedule and he said my days were Mon-Sat with Tuesday off (Set schedule). I basically told him "WTF this aint no part time jerk!" He told me it was because each one of those days are only 2-4 hours long (depending on business). fuk that! I wanted a job thats 1-3 days a week not 5 days with 2-4 hours each day.

It would have been the easiest job in the world. All I would have been doing is driving cars around and taking people home in the shuttle bus thing. 10 buck and hour. But I guess i'm too picky. They really need people so if anyone wants to work there, Go for it.

Dan, thanks for asking.
Very well so far, but I didn't push it on my way home, nor to and from tennis. I really need to get the catch can, check valve, and STS installed...and I need to get an AGP wga very very soon!
I really appreciate you going out of your way to help me, plus doing the extra work without me even asking you. It as also cool that you called to remind me about the dealership this morning (I didn't forget though)
Thanks again.

Hope this isn't too long. Big favor to ask regarding the Ft. Desoto picnic. First thing, I don't think I've seen any negative posts from the SRT guys on the SRT thread.
Wish I could say the same thing about the TR thread that Juan started and the thread that my buddy Ben started on s2ki. HOWEVER, despite some of the negativity from a few s2k owners and non s2k and srt owners, there IS some strong interest and I think we're going to have a great turnout from both groups. There are a bunch of s2k guys with open minds and are willing to hang out with us to try something different, have a good time, and open up some dialogue between our groups.
One favor I would like to ask is please IGNORE the guys who are posting the negative remarks on TR and even on this forum if you see any. It makes them look much worse when no one replies to them. I want to avoid any war of words at all costs. If we take their bait and become negative like them, the other people will take notice and start saying we are "immature" when we all know that we're not. There's always going to be ignorant people, we just have to ignore and avoid them. If we stay positive, I think the Ft. Desoto meet is going to surprise a lot of people for the better. A good thing is that the moderator on the s2ki thread is very supportive of the meet, as you can see from his recent TR post.
Thanks guys; I really appreciate your help. I know it's tempting to react and reply harshly sometimes, but I'm working hard to keep the peace

Didn't know the answer to this question, which was asked by the s2ki moderator. He wants to drive one of our cars around the block just to see what it's like (nothing aggressive)

He asked, "I just want to get a feel for the clutch and how the motor reacts and some cornering weight etc etc nothing aggresive. Is the throttle traditional (cable) or is it drive by wire?"

Anyone know? Thanks.

part time = anything less than 40hrs a week.

I think it's a great idea and I'd like to drive an s2k to see what it's like. A few other s2k guys want to test drive our cars and let us test drive theirs. I'll post the idea in the Ft. Desoto thread.

I like the idea, I mean when I first drove an srt that's what got me to like them, but i agree with kevin. My tires and such are bald so I won't be throwing mine up for the voluntary drive. whoever does drive the s2k, be careful if you haven't driven a rwd car before, especially if you decide to corner with it.

As to your comment Jason, I agree. No one should respond to the hater's comments. They even straight up said, It's easy to mess with the s2k and srt guys. So it's obvious they are trying to get a rise out of us. Don't get defensive or say anything insulting back etc, just let it go, myself included.

idk why people always try to start shit...

quick question guys, how many miles are you on the stock clutch, maybe it's just me or the tires just not gettin traction but it kind of felt like the car/motor was haulin ass but I just didn't feel it like before (like all rough). It could be me, weather has been cooler & the car has been running a lot smoother.
