my fucking motor mount bolt backed out today opened my hood and the upper motor mount wasnt even attached to the motor... i was like wtf... looked at the bolt and it pulled some threads out with it.... sucks i tried tightening it up and it wouldnt take im gonna fuck with it some more tomorrow was hopping to come out sat... any ideas?
i talked to my friend. he said when his broke, it broke in a way where all he had to do was insert a new bolt and it ended up being fine. are the bolt's threads fucked or the threads in the block? you might be able to get away with that. just replacing the bolt.
well i fucked with my mm and i got it back together had to beat the rubber bushing back into... as far as the bolt i put it in with some wd-40 a couple of times and kept cleaning it and it finally took... idk how good it is attached to the engine with it pulling those treads out but i was able to tighten it pretty good... i was told to buy the alen key bolts from modern and loctite the shit out of it.. you guys should all invest if you have solid motor mounts bc that shit was not cool.... i looked under the hood and the upper motor mount wasnt even attached

yea there is a big washer on it that pushes the bushing into the mm when i tighten it down... is it weird i only have a solid upper mm and not bottom too?

I was told that the tranny mount isnt really ness and makes the whole car vibrate really bad.
