Yeah, but c'mon.... Ricers? I'm not just talking imports, I'm talking fart cans, neon underglow, led washer nozzles, fake carbon-fiber vinyl overlays, huge generic pushcart wings, APC banners, stickers from manufacturers who's parts aren't installed on their car.....

And the engine when I picked it up

And after some TLC. I pulled the oil pan to take a look inside. I wanted to look at the cylinder walls or signs of major problems. Then I put in a new set of gaskets and gave it a few nice coats of paint.

For an exterior wash with an interior cleaning, i.e. vacuuming, wiping all the interior surfaces with meguiars interior cleaner, etc... I charge 20 dollars. With wax its an extra 10 dollars and I use meguiars products.

For detailing I charge 40 dollars and that's two washes, scratch-x, paint cleaner, polish, wax, and then a quick detail wipe down.

When cleaning other peoples car I usually take my time to make it a quality job, so for a normal washing job it would take me any where between an hour to two and for a full detail it might take me up to 4+ hours depending on the condition of the vehicle.
