No, you do not have to pay if you are not eating. We would love to have as many people as we can there. We go by the honor system and trust that everyone will do the honorable thing. We do not want to or like to have to stamp/mark everyone that pays.
But do the math, if only 30+ people has signed up so far and the park is $130 I think. Then everything else is out of pocket, food, raffle items etc. We want to make the picnic more fun and short of a bounce house this is what we thought up, raffle, decent food and hopefully good company. Getting together to hang out is so hard these days, without getting harassed by the cops because of @$$holes burning out in the parking lot and other stupid things....
I wish I had the money or sponsorship to put on a big meet like the Nationals but I do not so this will have to do for now.

If he or anyone like that shows up again then they have to deal with the cops. We made a point to ask the park service how to take care of people like that.
Plus rocks through the back glass works too. Windshield then insurance pays for it, back glass driver pays for it.
