Check your black fuse box by the driver's side fender-check these locations (read the chart on inside of fuse box lid to see the location of each fuse):
#4 fuse
#9 fuse
It also COULD be your #24 starter relay, but I doubt it.
Also, make sure you didn't accidentally cut the wire that goes to your starter--that would be a problem--but an easy fix.
Let me know

Man i had the same problem when i put my stage 1 in.........pull all your connectors and look at the pins inside, some of them may have been pushed in a little and are not making contact. I had to take 1 connector apart and put all the pins back in place. then the connector wouldn't "click" in so i got an ECU strap from PTP....good luck....and again they don't have to be pushed in very far to not work.
everything is hooked up properly. onething that is happening is my security light is coming on and staying on not shutting off like it should. i have checked every fuse w/ a tester and all good . my battery gives no volts when trying to start it stays at 12
I wish i could remember what pin it was, I ended up talking to a guy at flight systems and he told me which connector and what pins to look at and sure enough the were not flush with the rest. I'm willing to bet my next paycheck this is your problem. I wish i still had the diagram he emailed me, sorry. Good luck man, I'm off to Tampa to watch some Devil Ray beat down, tonight and tomorrow .
Security light being on could indicate that the Chasis Control Module (CCM) isn't getting power (or isn't connected to the PCM correctly).
My roomate had a similar issue which stranded him at work. In his case, the power wire running to the CCM wasn't grommeted properly, chafed against a sharp piece of sheet metal and shorted out. Fix was to splice in a new piece of (grommeted) wire and replace the fuse.
The Sentry Security key system is part of the CCM subsystem. If it isn't getting power, it failsafes to theft mode (no start, no run).
thanx all of u for ur help today in my time of need. it is now 14hrs later and i have a running car. i kindof dont wanna tell u alll what was wrong but in my defence . all fuses and relays were checked tiime and time again.in all about 4 times. now. the fuse in the 21 slot. it blew. dont know why or how but it was done. y it came up good when we checked itdont know but i replaced it and fire !!!!!!!!!!!!!. if u ever have my problem my advice is check the fuse in the 21 slot and more then likely yu will find ur problem
