My car was parked on the road at the corner tonight......I guess that was my first mistake. This lady drives by in a red neon (whats with the neon on neon hate crimes?) We notice she is texting and not really paying attention to where she is going, As I watched her pull away, she side swipes my car and just keeps on going. Juan chases her down and gets her to pull over and immediately her boyfriend jumps in the drivers seat, he starts talking like he was driving and then admits to us that she has no liscense. Juan and this guy start arguing in spanish and the cops finally show up, Juan myself and Lancer Matt tell the cop that the lady was texting and driving and side swiped my car, I guess the lady and her bf convinced the cop he was driving because they just gave him a ticket for careless driving. Pretty shitty night.

Once again, HUGE thanks to Juan and everyone else for sticking around and helping keep me sane, I was definitly ready to punch some shit. I know the damage isnt that bad and I am lucky myself and anyone I care about was not hurt but at the same time, I really try my best to take care of my car and keep it as clean as possible! Shit like this just makes me so damn angry! I work hard as fuck to keep the car clean and some careless fuck just comes along and ruins it.

the guys said he had insurance, police report says they do. they live out in lakeland, i just hope the address is correct and so is the insurance. Immigrants like to get insurance just to register, and then let it go. What's more f'd up, was that they had a pretty much newborn in the back seat, child seat was in wrong, and it was 1 in the morning.

Damage is worse in the daylight. The front fender has damage as well and there is a small dent in the hood from where the mirror hit it. I am trying to upload photos now.
I am also switching insurance companies after this is all said and done, mine isnt open to make claims until tomorrow morning.
same thing happened to me when i had my car parked in downtown disney...went to my car and that shit had scrathes all over the place had to replace the driver door sheet metal and fix the fender and rear side skirt...total cost of damage was like $1200.
damn dude that fucking gay...should've got her ass arrested...good luck with the insurance call tomorrow...at least nobody was hurt so be happy about that
