having a major problem with my car. tried clermont dodge for the convience, but they won't see my car again for any hard problems. anybody have exprience with a good shop. i'm stock for now, so they don't have to be mod friendly. need a good shop with smart techs, suggestions? thanks

In my opinion they are not very smart when it comes to the srt's. When I was looking to buy a srt they told me that yellow was the '04 color and blue was the '03 color. Another time they could not give me ANY info on a car that was for sale in thier lot. As far as the service department...have never felt comfortable w/ my car their (only had an alignment done because of this).

central florida chrysler dodge and jeep in orlando pretty good we have bought 2 srt-4s from them and they are a mod friednly dealer when u get some they even install any part u want they have installed some parts on my dads car that we couldnt do cuz not the right tools

lets see, they put 15miles on it for a no start condition. the miss at idle they "fixed" with a broken motor mount, and now i feel the miss more than ever. they are suppose to fix a leak by replacing some weather stripping.

the leak i won't bust them for yet because they haven't attepted to fix it and yes i'll give em a chance.

i have been in school for almost a year for being a tech, i have access to alot of tools and comp programs about cars. i could diagnose the car myself and fix it myself but that would take my time and money and ten why would i buy a car with a warranty. unfortunetly i know what most except one problem is, and i told the service writer, he blew me off and couldn't understand half of what i said. i can't see if they someone that smart up front, who's hiding in the back.

I bought my 05 from there. My salesman was a nice guy, but knew NOTHING about the SRT-4...not that I expected him to. Two days after I bought it, I brought it back for an alignment. The guy who did the alignment was hispanic sounding/looking - he was the ONLY person there who knew the SRT-4 and neon are completely different cars. Even the guys at the parts counter didn't know anything about the SRT-4, which really irritated me.

They first gave me a neon manual - I went back and they didn't actually have any SRT-4 manuals. They ordered me one and got it about 3 weeks later. When it came to me in the mail, it was a USED '04 manual. I called back and had them order me ANOTHER - then I finally got an '05 still in the plastic.

CarMax Jeep Chrysler Dodge by the Int'l Airport on Semoran (436) ... the service supervisor, Steve, drives a Viper & a Saleen I believe ... he knows about the SRT's ... good guy ... even ordered me a new set of tires for free ...

My service counselor though kept calling my car a Neon ... lol ...
