yes, about 5 yrs ago in seminole (st.pete area) by the fhp on my way to a rc car race at 7am on a sun. 98 neon r/t 2.5" cat back w/ a borla muffler, 40 something bux no points.

Up in Melbourne (dead ass city btw ) i was visiting a friend, and got yanked. Weird thing is the car had a muffler and seemed quieter then stock. Wasted my time and let me go. O well...

yeah i was trying to head to the liquor sotre on the corner of wiles and pineisland and some dickhead cop pulled me over and held me for 30 minutes for my exhaust which was stock and i aruged with him about it saying its factory he says ohh it doesnt have a muffler and i looked and him and said yeah no shit thats how it comes and argued for like 10 minutes and he finally said ok then the fucker gave me a tint ticket instead and to top it all off the liquor store closed with me sitting in front of it getting a stupid ticket.

Should have asked the cop to hurry because you had to meet some "friends" at the liquor store before they closed so you could go get wasted, rob the place and then drive drunk.

He might have let you go so he could bust you again later....
