if you've never done it/not mechanically inclined you'll be at it for a while. Ive done a few so i can do em fairly quickly

it think the only real hard part for me would to be getting the stock turbo off, is there some kind of easy way to do that?

i'll be honest with ya man the PITA of the install if your stock turbo has never been off the car is just that...getting all the stock shit off.
