Yeah, there's one I'm looking at towards Estero (since I work out there), and one off of Del Prado which is looking less likely everyday. I haven't checked out NW/NE Cape yet, but there are a lot of good deals out there. I want something with AT LEAST a 2 car garage, and a decent size driveway. Thanks for the heads up - I'll look out your way.

It already is. I serve around 20 foreclosures A DAY in Estero, so rentals and buying options are really good right now. Estero is becoming really nice, with the new mall, and new communities being built.
Went to go look at a few other places today and I think I found "the one". It's a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2 story BRAND NEW townhouse with a 2 car garage and a driveway that can fit about 5 cars. It's just down the road from me at Colonial and Six Mile Cypress. It's in a good neighborhood and it's gated. More information to come.
