What's the difference between running 4.4 on an arm drop or on the lights? That was Gregg "Racin" Caisin. The Orange Camaro went 4.44 the night before. Everybody I talked to, including the track owner said that Chris Christenson (or however you spell it) is a complete douch bag. What a freaking joke that whole event was.

Anyways, i guess you were there also, but did u know if the track was open to test and tune after the arm drop bs? or was that still part of it because i saw a shit ton of cars running and i wanted too but the lady at the ticket thing said it was $50

Yeah, my dad and I went out Friday night. We got there around 5 and as soon as we got out of the car they said..."Okay, we're gonna take a break and start again around 6." So we walked around for an hour. They had 1 test run each, 1 set of qualifying runs, and then they opened it up for the Friday Test and Tune. They pissed off a whole lot of people because people were coming in at like 8 and 9 and seeing 10 cars run and that was it. Chris was only there for like 15 minutes on Friday night and then he left again. It was pretty cool seeing the few fast cars though. The Vega was pretty sweet, it would do a pretty good wheel stand every time and then the few 4 second cars were cool. They've had a lot better showings out there, this was kind of a flop.
ok guys i need some input here.... ive been having probs with my car lately got all of them fixed except my hanging idle issue.... if im driving and put the car into nuetral the rpm's will hang betweer 1500-2000 until i come to a complete stop and then they go to normal 880 rpms, its even worse when the a/c is on, they will climb to about 3000, ive replaced every vacume line, throttle body gasket, new IAC sensore, new TPS sensor with the s&p rewire kit, replaced the little o-ring on the map sensor.... any one have any ideas at all?...... could a bad PCV valve cause this at all? im stumped on this one and extremely frustrated

Could be. Check your actual gas pedal too. Sounds rediculous, but that may be what's sticking. It just happened to my friends car about 2 weeks back. Turned out it was the gas pedal itself. The only thing that stumps me with that is when the a/c is on. I don't know how the a/c would have an effect on the pedal, so I'm probably out of my league. But it's worth a shot I guess.

My orange one would do that too sometimes. I'd be rolling and I'd throw it in neutral and the RPMs would stick, but they'd go down to normal territory at about 10-15mph before I stopped. That was after I installed the stage 1 pcm, and it would only do it sometimes, so I just ignored it. So RedSpeedFreak may be right when he says it could be a bad ECU.
