Just saw a beat to hell Black SRT-4 with stock wheels and what looked like a Perrin Exhaust. Sounded like it could bearly idle at stop lights.

Yea man i absolutley LOVED it when i had it on my car, instand throttle response + amazing gas mileage FTW! lol. Im sure u can feel more with the big turbo and ported intake mani.
