I ran an 8.52! With a stickier tire and upgraded clutch, I'll do a lot better.

Listen, the most important modifications you can do to achieve those times are a new clutch, drag radials a spare set of axels and drop that 60foot time. If you can launch the srt you can run sick times. I was around 290whp in mine and my best was a 8.955 @83 with a 2.2 60foot, subtract .4 from that 60 foot for a reasonable 1.8 and your looking at an 8.4 run brother so take it from past experiance with this car, do your traction mods first.

my 60 foot was a 2.28, what tires do any of you recommend? right now i have these tires on
they have great treadlife, but traction not so much.

The Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 tires work well with traction. Travis who used to have a s3r SRT-4 had little traction issues with these tires. Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1

It was A LOT worse that it looks. My 4x4 couldn't even pull it out. Ben should get an award for getting his forklift stuck so deep. They had to have a crane come get it out. Damn... I broke a sweat on that one, lol.

so finch who has the talon and the 4 door mirage has been telling me to try this thing he puts on the wastegate to hold it shut and it should hold around 18-19 pounds (supposedly the same as buying a better wastegate). I was thinking about trying it 2 passes this runday sunday. what do you guys think about it? anyone want to go out to the track on this sunday for runday sunday?
