I have the mpx 62mm throttle body. when I installed it with the ported intake manifold I had the battery unplugged anyway. Once i started it the idle was at 1k-1,100rpm for about a week. Just give it some time to get used to the air flow like he said. Every once in a while I will get a weird idle now, but that could be my tps also.
I wasnt having problems with IDLE. The car was just bogging out in between 1-2k rpm then after that it was fine. Then when i would down shift, the RPM wouldnt decrease it would like go into cruise control and hold the rpm where it was. Wierddd. But now it stoped.
