ok most of you know i have wanted to do this for a while, but my tranny broke so i had to work some over time to fix it and get some other goodies.
now i have sent a message to a buddy of mine who is very good at building websites, he used to be a member here under the name of distinctev (or something like that), he also happens to be the creator of MYSLIPS.COM, i will call him today and see what we need to start the website.
as far as money for the website goes, i know someone who has the tools at home to make shirts (its his side job), i was thinking of having him make the OC shirts, ill present you with some designs ideas or if you one to submit one to everyone be my guest, then we will vote on one design, all the profit from the shirts would go to building the website, so who is in? with enough ppl interested we can make it happen. lets start the list.
may i suggest that since a good amount of us meet up at towers on friday that maybe we plan to get together there sometime soon...
unless you have something else in mind. im just suggesting that since were just getting this thing started and towers is already an existing thing that we can all just show up at for now.
besides, its about time we show up to towers w/ some real numbers and out do those damn cobalt guys
towers ends too early and it would just lead to trouble, not everyone is a street racer.
i think we should combine the first SFSRTOC meet with the hybridkid meet, its a better enviroment for everyone (family wise) and a better message.
plus it could bump up the numbers for the HK meet up some.
have you ever been to towers on friday night? it is a family event. pretty much always has been. yea, true some people leave there and go race afterwards, but as for towers itself a lot of people go there and bring their entire family....one reason that it ends so soon....i think network could back me up on this one
