No it still leaks. I've been having problems with the SCT and I had to send it in to get repaired/replaced and I'm waiting to get that straightened out before I take it back apart.

Well good luck with whatever you get next, I got slicks now so I'm not to worried about traction anymore.

You never answered my question Mac. Are you planning on getting tougher axles when you snap one?

Nope.. I really dont plan on breaking the stock ones Lol. Seriously I've spoken to my friends in both North Carolina and my buddies down in South Fla. They have never had a problem with there stockers.

They just told me what I should not do with the slicks that break the axle joints. Ex. To deep in the burnout box is one example and they gave me a few more. Also my machinist who is an excellent drag racer also told me what the same thing.

letting off the throttle completely while doing a burnout is a bad idea, Not riding out the burnout etc... Besides the axles themselves dont break just the tripod get all jacked up.

Amen to that.. ride it out an if you go past the finish line so what.. I think it's better to burnout over the finish line since it gives you a nice patch to launch off that other cars might have fubared before you
