If you play Call of Duty 4 on PC, try going to
Xfire - Gaming Simplified and install Xfire.
No more having to worry about copying and pasting IP addresses. You simply click your friend's name and then click the join button. COD4 automatically launches and you join your friend's server. I wish I knew about this when I got the game in December. It works great!
