Just wanting to see if anyone is interested in meeting at Sonic on Mary Esther cutoff across from Santa Rosa Mall at about 8pm, Friday Aug 19. Would definitely like to see Eglin/Hurlburt SRT4s there if possible. But also other SRT4 owners from around the area. It's just to talk cars and maybe grab a bite to eat. Would like to get a regular meet-up going. Thought about the parking lot at either Circuit City or Santa Rosa Mall, but past experiences in San Antonio at these places don't go over well with the businesses. At least at Sonic we are parking and eating, so should be carefree for the most part. Anyone interested PM me.

Well, for those that don't want to go - stay home. For those of us that are still interested, see you there. It doesn't have to be boring, we can cruise around and shoot video and stuff. You should see the club they got in San Antonio. It's happening twice a week. Just a matter if you want to do it or not. I'm sure there's got to be at least a couple folks who haven't been here before (including myself) that would want to meet up. Particularly Eglin/Hurlburt guys.
You have a good point.....we used to meet up on Saturdays at winn-dixie parking lot on Beal, I think like 1 or 2 guys still do that but I don't know if many people are out on Fridays because of Holt and most of the SRT owners I know here work swings......I will admit though, with all the SRTs that have been popping up around here lately, there is some serious potential......

Also, we can possibly hook up with someone who knows a shop that dynos, go to different car shows/meets, etc. It doesn't have to be park and talk. Again, anyone interested, let me know. I think I'll still go regardless if anyone shows up or not, just to see if anyone is REALLY interested.
The guys at RPM are pretty cool that is where I dynod. I can bring my cylinder head and turbo, and trailer my car. Someone can drive my truck and I'll make cool noises. Wish I could go, no one wants to do shit when my car is running. Good luck, I might stop in on my bike. Later, Doug

I have been reading up on the racing pensacola forums all day. I never knew that all this had been going on and I never knew about it. I registered on the site but I am at work so I will start posting on there later tonight......
Just wanted to say thanks to all who showed up today for our FWB/Destin cruise - it was a blast, and too bad that two of the five today are leaving soon. Guess we will roll with three next time. How about next weekend again possibly (Saturday) - after Scott hooks me up with the motor mount insert install!
