Default cold air install in jax?

I'm looking for a shop in orange park/Jacksonville to install my cai. Anyone know of any?

Please dont take your car anywhere to have a CAI installed. Evem someone with barely any car knowledge can do it. There is a "how to" in the same name section....but hey its your money.

Yep. One of the easiest mods to do yourself. And you have to start somewhere.

im in jax, i can help you install it. doesnt matter which one it is, they are all easy as all hell.

and i recall you saying that you worked on southside? im right around the corner on baymeadows/phillips

I think the most "difficult" part of the install is getting the filter secured on the pipe after inserting it into the wheel well space.. :P

well i did it, one question should it make a whoosh sound when i lay off the gas it sounds kinda like a blow off valve

i just did mine also, that sound is normal, almost sounds like MR ED laughing haha, I have the boomba BOV and just installed a AEM short ram , and i can bareley hear the BOV, its too bad i didnt get the intake first, i proally wouldnt have wanted the bov after that. So what did ya get for an intake?? How do u like it??
