Default who can do this in san diego?

i have a couple of sets of 2.0 cams and i would like to put a set in my srt. i know they only gain 10hp at the most, but they are free and i like free performance parts. i have changed the timing belt on a dohc neon and it is still my least favorite automotive experience to date. can anyone install these?

You'll also want to install a set of adjustable cam gears and schedule some dyno time to dial everything in. A lot of work for not much power, but for someone who's already done everything else might be worth it. You had the powertrain swapped car, right? A belt change is called for at ~105k miles, so depending on the mileage of the donor vehicle you might want to do a new timing belt (~$30-40 from NAPA for the Gates belt) and a new water pump and tensioner/idler pulley. A valve cover gasket might also be in order if you're showing any signs of leaking around the spark plug holes.

umm...youre gunna end up taking it off anyways...

and you NEED cam gears imo. the narrow LSA at 0,0 will just result in a torquey mid-range but a shitty top end (where it matters)

The stock MLS gasket is tough and doesn't need a preventative change like would be a good idea on the older turbo Dodge's. Are you asking how much a t-belt, water pump, cam seals, and tensioner/idler pulley change would cost for labor or just for parts? The parts themselves aren't too bad but if you have to pay someone to do it be prepared for sticker shock if you go to a dealer. And finding a good aftermarket shop with reasonable prices can be difficult. Maybe some other owners in your area can recommend a place.
