I took the car out today and had a few problems.. First the IAT that AGP sends with the pipe is soo incredibly fragile and it finally broke off giving me CEL. So I unhooked that wiring and hooked the stock sensor up and left it tucked next to the PCM until I get another one in the mail.
So then I went on a highway run...... I went WOT and I was looking at my Wideband to see if there was a problem with the sensor just hanging in the engine compartment and I saw RED out of the corner of my eye. My boost guage was warning over boost and that fucker was at 30PSI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I got off of it and stayed otu of boost until I got back and adjusted it down quite a bit and now it's at 25 again.
It also feels quicker.. I think that the PCM was pulling boost because the WGA was so tight before and thats what that lag I had down low was. Now I think it is correctly tuned to 25psi (I mean I took about 9 turns off the WGA arm)....
Here is a shot of the area all put back together.. I made a custom bracket for the new vac manifold and bought all new vac connectors for everything plus poly line.
you should see this S3R's dyno in the mountain section. He made like 254 on S3 with the Mopar CB and w/I... his AFR was in the 11's and he posted a picture of his blue line connected to the TB, it has a tiny hole in it. SO Note: if you want to lean the car out without a map clamp, but a bleed in the demand rail blue line.
