I know it was a great deal and all and I really appreciate your help on it and at the same time Im sorry I didnt follow through with it but at the same time to many promises not kept and the balancing issue scared me away. Im very finicky when it comes to my car. When I spend that much money for something I expect an overall good experience and not what I got.

well if you would of waited one more week you would have a SST v.2 on your car by now......................................did you put the reast of the stuff on the car yet?

well David could not wait for John to get the new Balancing thing all fixed. he wanted his SST now. if John would of sent it out to David, there would of been a chance that it would be out of Balance. Oh well i guess that is bad for someone to make sure he is selling something that will not mess up on someones car when they get it. now the version 2 of the SST ( SST v.2 ) is out and running great. David got his refund ( which i got him a killer deal on the SST/manifold in the first place)
oh well, life moves on.

I think they make great products and I have some of there products on my car already and plan to get a few other things from PTP as well. And Im sure the new V2 turbo will be a great turbo. But it was just a bad set of circumstances on both sides of the ball. I wanted it by a certain time and was told on more than one occasion I would get it and that didnt happen due to a family death and a balancing issue. And Ill admit Im not a patient person so I wanted a refund and maybe after awhile who knows Im might still go the SST route but for now Im looking at all my options.

yea i did so bad that im that embarrased to post it up but ohh well, i did 238hp worst then bone stock i think but i dont get it how am i smoking all the rest of the stg1s, this or next week i will take it to a shop where they are going to take a look at it, for now no more mods till it starts runing right, i seen just with a stg1 and exhaust they dyno 250-255hp.
How much boost were you running on the dyno? You may of been running too much boost and the PCM compensated by pulling timing. I'll agree with some of the other guys that a Dyno is not the tell all end all. Actually I go a step futher and say that PEAK numbers are not the tell all end all. Your curve may be better than the guys that are hitting 250whp. But I disagree with moles comment that "it's all about the street". If you dyno'd lower than cars that you smoke may me that the dyno read wrong during your run OR the S1 cars you normally run against are the shittiest drivers ever!!!
Let Jose drive Rico's car then run him. If you still walk him then disregard the dyno sheet. If you don't walk him then pay attention to what the dyno sheet said and fix your car!!! Dyno sheets are the only thing that stopped me from driving my car thought the front window of the dealership I got it from.

ok, i will give ya that one Ralph. the driver mod does come in to play also. i was in Mamaes car last night when we did some runs. he has his shifts down pretty good and his car felt strong.

its nice to hear from u ralph well 3rd im only spiking 16 - 4 i spike 17 with an AGP wga that has a uprgaded spring thats not suppose to drop under 16 till redline will mine drops at 5 rpms to 13-14 plus niddle sputters alot i have sheck my wasgate and for boost leaks and even tighten more my wga till the max i spike fast now but cant get my boost to hold like its suppose to i let someone at the dyno shop who knows about the srt way more then a few peeps and said that is not normal so told me to take it to his shop and said will figure out whats really wrong and get ur car runing hows really suppose to, i havent had time to take it but im making plans on going pretty soon lol.
