Not too many left anymore, the government started really cracking down on the shops that do it. Easiest way is to research what counties dont require smog, and then figure out how to register your car there.

As long as your car isn't throwing any codes and you have a cat you'll be good. Throw the stock tune back on and as long as your DP has a cat you should pass. My car passed with a cat, stock tune n injectors.

around here, its not to bad..
flash to sock tune put stock injectors, down pipe, and stock map/tip 3 cycles (run/drive) and you'll pass (even if you have big turbo etc)

I had to put my car back to stock. Only way the obdll is super hard to get around. Mine did pass with upgraded intercooler and 3inch o2 housing.

With your mod list you should have no problem getting it to pass smog... Put on the stock dp and you should be fine.

f the bs right now if your going to crank up the power in your srt4 and you are really worried about smog. go register it in AZ cheap and they give you plates on the spot. i got my shit registered in FL and i have no cats and no cops mess with me.

I registerd mine in Cali. Legit too. Look at my mods list. The guy was cool as hell. I just had to pass sniffer and have all sensors registerd and running. All I had to do was swap back in my stock exhaust. Let me know if your interested. Ill give you details on where it is.
It's a legit Gold Standard smog station. Don't pass don't pay.
