Default Scangauge ?'s

Hey all,

I have access to a scangauge for about 24 hours, so could somebody please tell me what numbers I should be looking for??

What is normal for the:

O2 sensor
TPS
vacuum at idle
anything else you might think pertinent...

This is to diagnose an idle issue I'm having....and a basic driveability issue...More details here:

exhaust mani gasket

My TPS percentage goes from 15-74. Thats it.

Today, the TPS percentage was bouncing from 15 up to 20 when I wasn't even pushing the gas...
