Default Plug and play ebay HID's. good buy?????

Hey Guys
Ive been wanting to buy an HID kit for a while but they are really pricy, I recently found this plug and play kit on ebay for under $100 it sound like a scam, what you guys think. Here is the add I contacted the seller he has alot of these kits on hand.

i have heard a lot of bad stuff about the plug and play HID's, imo if your going to go with HID, get a true HID kit. apperently the plug and play ones dont light up the road as well and they cause glare on other drivers. i would do some research on them before you buy one.

i got a pair of xentec lights off ebay for like a 100$ they have been great!!! the only thing ive heard is to get a relay kit search that for some more info
