old road in san diego/ any one know

i wanna get some cool pics out in the desert/canyon area. kinda do a photo shoot like this one

i have an idea of what kinda pics i want to do but don't know the area good enough.. i want a desolate road that is barely still together. but nice and curvy.... and somewhat close to the area (within an hour, cause we have to beable to push that mustang back if it breaks down but anyways.. thanks for the responses in advance and lemme know what you think of the car and the pics..

one road i can think of is old julian hwy it starts in ramona and runs for about 8 miles then reconnects to the main hwy (79) again. its a favorite with bikers on weekends.

Ryan, just take Otay Lakes rd east.It will take you all the way out to the south side of hwy 94.There are several places out that way for photos ops.
