Ok, this is for real this time. We need to do a meet this spring/summer before EVERYONE sells their freakin' cars. Post up if you are interested in this and WILL NOT FLAKE OUT. Don't post up if you "think you can go" only post if you CAN. I'm definitely going. Most likely the meet will take place at either Famoso Raceway (Bakersfield) or in the SF/Oakland area. I would say lets host this in socal but there are just too many f'ing cops here to bust us. Just depends on when this goes down. Most likely sometime in the spring when the weather is better. Posting this up now, because it's probably going to take 5 months to gather interest.

I figured so much..old srt owners should go though..with the new cars. Giant meet FTW. Looks like Sac raceway has legals about 4 times a month. hmmmm
Try Palmdale... yeah I know higher elevation blah blah... but cops are a little less out to get you there and a lot cooler as long as your not an idiot plus it's the halfway point for a lot of peeps.... If you live in Sac I guess thats more than halfway but it's pretty far from SD too...
Oh and I can't take sides.... Born in Torrance raised in Visalia and Lawndale, did 3 yrs in Navy in Concord, then 4 yrs in SD and now live in the 951---- I remember a NIRA battle in Sac when these guys wanted to battle it out.... big boys of the Turbo world against the big boys in the Supercharger world...dude came on the air and made like a 5k challenge, but it didn't happen the other guys didn't have the $$ for the bet to go down.... Sucked too both teams had badass cars!!

Yeah, you're right about Palmdale cops being a little bit lighter on our type of cars..but there is NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING to do in Palmdale. We need a meet spot where there's more to do than just stare at our cars. Something senic to drive around and do a cruise too... Coastline, mountains...etc. Desert is FTL. Oh, and just in case you were referring to LACR..it's closed

Sounds like there's some interest. What will probably happen is I'll just post up about 2 weeks in advance on a trip to Norcal area...anyone that wants to go is welcome. I can get hook ups on Hotels and food/booze while in SF or surrounding cities.

i can prety much only make it if i have my block in by then...so if its 2...3months from now. its guna be a tough call

I would love to see a meet at an event of some sort. Buttonwillow would be sweet. Not everyone would have to do something on the track, but would be cool to have the option.
