New Evo NEWB on the block!

My buddy just bought an evo8 that was from tuning tech.... Car is said to have a 37r, cams, 2.3L stroker and many other bolt ons and tuned with AEM EMS... it's white with a pearl flake in the paint and has a cf trunk and hood and other pieces. He claims it's putting down 533whp...does anyone know of what real power it making? He says it's boosting at 33psi on pump....yikes!!!!

Also any history?

Mole, Jose and I went on a cruise with the guy and as i ran him his car made more noise than power... So that is why I ask
