Holy hell.. I just finished raising the boost after installing my new pump and return line.. I upped it to 18psi.. It's like WHAT THE SHIT fast at only 18psi, I can't imagine some of the other guys out there running 22+.
Well to the reason of why I need help.. My car must be doing something right because without even launching, I was able to break the upper motor mount bolt that goes to the engine block... Sheered right off.. And it's one of those "stronger grade" bolts that comes with aftermarket dogbone MM's.. I need to know where I can get one TODAY(Friday). I want to race tomorrow(Sat.) afternoon so I need one by then... Do you think Home Depot would carry something like this..
Adam, you wouldn't happen to have something like this would ya.. Or anyone have an extra one I can buy/borrow??
Also need to get the broken piece out of that grey thing it screws into , but I think I can handle that part. Just need a bolt extractor drill bit..
Upper Motor Mount: Frame to Mount ( It's the bigger bolt in the back of your picture close to the passenger compartment) - M12x90 x 1.75 Thread -torque to 50 foot pounds.
Not sure what size the big bolt is that goes through the center of the rubber.
Mount to Engine (2) - M1060 x 1.5 Thread -torque to 85 foot pounds. Not sure on Torque specs. My dealer didn't know. Info is from another post somewhere on here. Some people reccommend a stronger grade bolt (12.9 in metric) which = grade 10 I think. If you find some ARP's in these sizes please post part#'s
Grade SAE 10.6 or higher is what id personally recommend.
m14x95 with 2.00 pitch and approx. 50mm of thread upper motor mount bolt that connects it to the engine. Unconfirmed.... Use the following information as a referrence.
Napa has a good bolt section. Autozone and Kragen suck balls.

Ok I'll keep that in mind, thanks! I'll try NAPA if ACE doesn't pan out..
