No that would just be blow by oil from your pcv connected to the intake. You need to pull off the turbo from the manifold and you can actually do that without disconnecting coolant lines and such. You need to check on the exhaust side of the turbocharger.

No problem man, all you gotta do is unclamp the turbo and pull it back enough to see if their isnt any oil between the turbine blades and the cartridge or even on the blades themselfs.
