Life of OEM Battery?
I was wondering how long our stock OEM batterys are suppose to last or be changed? I have 106,177 on it as we speak and car starts as usual and pulls like immigrants being chased by la migra!!!

On mine the gauges had an electrical warning dance upon startup like the sti.

not sure how long they will last, depending on the usage. ( systems, other electronic equiptment installed) mine lasted 3 & 1/2 years and i just recently replaced mine and seen a big difference.

What did u replace yours with? I feel as if I should just change it Since I 've had it for 4+yrs now. Maybe if I get a new one I'll gain 20whp

Dont get ur hopes up bud. I got one with a warrenty for like 60$ for autozone I think.

Just replaced mine after about 3 years and 3 mos. Start up is much smoother now. Got a Duralast from the autozone w/ lifetime warranty as well.

Which Duralast battery did u get and how much with warranty?

They usually have a couple of them for different prices and the higher priced ones have the warrenty.

my stocker lasted 15k
but I got a duralast at autozone seeing as the dealer wanted $80 for an OEM replacement

I got the vatozone one too, it has a 2 year free replacement/7year warranty.
