The last 2 runs on the video (7:25 and 9:00 i think?) I ran 11.7 and 11.5. Rest of the runs we were both missing shifts and having bad launches and so forth, lol. Clutch slipped hard on the 11.5 so i called it a day. Most of those runs you can hear me 2-steppin it :P
Man, if we'd had time, it woulda been cool to swap slicks to see how it went. Now Nick's gonna be so far away he'll never come back ![]() There was just something so gratifying in seeing your SRT just leave corn-pop in the rear view mirror. The blue missile dusting the red corn sled. ![]() Each time I repositioned the YOUTube time slider bar to see your car soar ahead of 03redsrt4 I could just imagine his little corn-flake ego shrinking. If his little go-baby lo-res camera would have had a inside microphone I'll bet he was just cussin' up a storm ![]() I could watch that all day. Now lets see your engine bay. |

LMAO @ Vallley. You should be a drag strip sports announcer.
They rubbed very hard. They took all the paint off the perch and left a handfull of tire on each side. I literally had a handfull of rubber to remove from the fender splash guard. The inner diameter of each slick is also worn much lower than the rest of the tire.

After that, it wasnt rubbing anymore, except at the end on the brakes which i found kinda funny.

03redsrt4 and I live to torque on one another =- but ZENKAT did give a very fine acceleration and track peformance, no matter his clutch or what have you
03redsrt4 undertook a considerable project taking his corn-fed-sled via truck and trailer to AZ for the track only one could win.............. But to be ass-spanked three times on the same dragstrip no less
