Default Has anyone experiances this?

I took a picture of my temp gauge one time. i was sitting listening to the raido and i knotice it was WAY BELOW then what its normally soppose to be. Car wasn't on or anything but the picture speaks for it'self. I had the key in the raido-on position.

it goes back to the line as soon as i pull the key out of the ignition. odd huh..

Reverse polarity. Negative voltage leak.
